To play you need to have Cleats - soccer or rugby with no front center or toe spike. Metal or molded is fine.
Molded/fitted mouth guards Players alway need to bring suitable clothing to practice inclunding that they can be tackled in and to keep them warm socks, jerseys, shorts will be provided Rugby Parents
The Colorado weather is a fine fickle pickle.
One moment, it is sunny, then rainy, then hail(y) then clear but over cast and the next moment it is great fun rugby weather all within the span of an afternoon.
Generally the weather clears by 6 for our practice at 6:00 it is so tough to judge local weather by any other regions weather and the other way around.
So we will always have practice unless from 6:00-7:30 there is lightening, hard rain or hail, or something else that is dangerous or highly uncomfortable to our kids or coaches.
We will meet in the parking lot and make that determination. .
If at any time you believe the weather is dangerous or highly uncomfortable to your child then please don't hesitate to not have them participate in practice consider games the same way.
